The plan below shows the Redrow layout at November 2020. The plan was revised slightly and the application 15/0640/OUT passed. House are now (April 2023) under construction with the western field adjacent to Chudleigh Road almost complete in early 2024..

The plan below shows the Burrington Estates development 15/0641/OUT off Shillingford Road. This was approved in outline at a planning meeting on 16th November 2020. Subsequently Tilia homes purchased the site in greatly increased the density of housing.

Unfortunately the site was sold to Tilia Homes who then revised the outline plans to change the number of houses from 120 to 182. The revised application has now been passed by Exeter City Council despite 74 objections from the community, and from the local councillors. See the posts for more information and the plan below.
