Most of the nearby development within Alphington is nearing completion. However there will be major issues that could affect Alphington residents as the Water Lane area is redeveloped, and perhaps we should have a close look at the proposals for the canalside development.
On the Teignbridge area new infrastructure is being provided such as GP surgery, and secondary school. The stopping up of Chudleigh Road and its replacement by a link road alongside the new “lake”, connections through Barrow Park and other issues are worthy of attention.
